I am a down-to-earth woman having a sense of humor along with a bit of a sarcastic aspect. I’m fairly confident and easy-going and would like to hang out with someone who’s equally independent, shares some with the exact same interests, and does not take himself too seriously most of the time. I love to banter, so a man who can dish out his own witty remarks & challenge me along the way is a definite plus. I’ve got a spontaneous side but don’t mind getting stuck in the occasional rut if it’s a good rut. Although I adore my career, I’m also passionate about traveling, hiking, camping, & other outdoor activities (especially anything on the water). In terms of my free time, I am equally happy going out on the town or curling up on the couch having a movie. I also prefer to cook and enjoy having people over for dinner (and suckering them into cheesy game nights – that’s my dorky side coming out). I have a supportive family & a great group of friends, even though I don’t get to see some of them as often as I’d like. The only other thing to know about me is that I hate chocolate and coffee, even though I checked the “coffee and conversation” box – so I guess I’m starting this whole thing off with a lie – oops. Normally I’m a pretty honest person.

I’ve been in a position to meet some great individuals and create some wonderful friendships. I’ve recognized that I don’t have to be continuously around the go to enjoy life. Sometimes just taking time to take something to read (book, paper, etc. )to a espresso shop or the park are all I have to make me pleased.
